Job Description

  • Voice Support & Email technical Support (must have)
  • Knowhow of ITSM ticketing tools
  • Working knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Experience of working in 24/7 environment with rotational offs
  • Experience on Desktop support, application support, change requests, incident management
  • Understanding of priority, severity, SLAs/KPIs
  • Experience to similar role for a minimum of 1-2 years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Need People who are ok with Any shift & Any Week Off

Flexible With WFH /WFO
